1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3jl2 is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players prior to processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process involves the submission of certain personal documents.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 3jl2 will require you to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine identity document (acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, SSS/UMID Card, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, GSIS Card, PRC License, Voter's ID, or Postal ID);

4 Account Management and Security

Your 3jl2 account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must not share your login credentials — including your password or any SMS one-time PINs — with any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. 3jl2 recommends using a unique password of at least 12 characters incorporating uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

If you suspect that your 3jl2 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately. 3jl2 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account access pending investigation. 3jl2 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or gaming activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 3jl2 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, applied to any remaining balance, in accordance with our published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before fees commence. Any remaining balance above the minimum threshold will be returned upon request.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

3jl2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank of the Philippines, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") provided by 3jl2 are subject to these general terms and the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus funds awarded by 3jl2 are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before Bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum bet restrictions, and expiry period for each Bonus are specified in the promotion's individual terms.

Welcome Bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per IP address. 3jl2 reserves the right to deny Bonus eligibility to players who, in its reasonable judgment, are creating accounts primarily to exploit promotional offers.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus funds is capped at twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount received. Winnings exceeding this cap are subject to removal at 3jl2's discretion.

Activities that 3jl2 considers Bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to hedge rollover; using irregular betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion; and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times. Any confirmed Bonus abuse will result in Bonus cancellation, forfeiture of Bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

3jl2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any Bonus already credited and partially wagered may be handled at 3jl2's discretion in accordance with the principles of fairness and compliance.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

Each game available on the 3jl2 platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, payment, and conduct matters.

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 3jl2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. 3jl2 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or third-party game provider outages.

In the case of a system error, pricing error, or any other obvious error that results in a game outcome or payout that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, 3jl2 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the error. This applies to both erroneous winnings credited to player accounts and erroneous losses debited from player accounts.

All games have minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed before or within the game. 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3jl2 platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 3jl2;
• Multi-accounting: Holding more than one 3jl2 account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access the 3jl2 platform through unauthorized means, including hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated bots;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering: Using 3jl2 as a mechanism to launder proceeds of crime, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or disputes in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming;
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting game bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;

9 Responsible Gaming

3jl2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

Upon closure of an account for cause, 3jl2 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited activity (including Bonus-funded winnings) may be forfeited. Deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of the investigation, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 3jl2 support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Any active Bonus funds at the time of closure will be removed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 3jl2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• 3jl2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• 3jl2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to 3jl2 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• 3jl2 is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 3jl2's wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jl2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and compilation thereof — is the property of 3jl2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Platform content without 3jl2's prior written consent.

13 Privacy and Data

3jl2 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 3jl2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3jl2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes relating to game outcomes should be submitted via the 3jl2 support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. 3jl2 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

3jl2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a notification displayed upon login to the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the 3jl2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
