All service providers operate under data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific services they provide to 3jl2.
3jl2 may disclose personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory authorities, courts, or law enforcement bodies where required by law, court order, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation; investigate, prevent, or take action against suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms; or protect the rights, property, or safety of 3jl2, our players, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of 3jl2's assets, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to the acquirer assuming equivalent data protection obligations. Nothing in this Policy limits or affects your right to take legal action under Philippine law in relation to a data privacy breach.
14 Changes to This Privacy Policy
3jl2 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, regulatory guidance, or platform features. All changes will be made in good faith and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
When material changes are made to this Policy — meaning changes that affect how your personal data is processed or that reduce your rights — 3jl2 will:

- Notify registered players by email to their registered address;
- Display a prominent notification on the Platform upon login for a period of at least fourteen (14) days following the change.
